Frozen Avocado Salsa and Big Mac Taco 🌮🥑
I've kept the sauce recipe pretty simple, but feel free to add garlic and onion for extra flavor.
🛒 Ingredients
- 1 frozen avocado
- Half a jalapeño or green chili
- Cilantro (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Lime juice or lemon juice (generous amount)
- Salt and pepper

👩🏻🍳 Recipe
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Gradually add olive oil to adjust the consistency to your liking.
If you think there's too much oil, you can dilute it with water instead.
📌 TIP
If you can purchase tomatillos from local, consider incorporating them for a richer taste!

Tomatillo is an ingredient commonly used in Mexican cuisine. It looks like a small green tomato but is actually a different variety. It has a thin skin and often a unique sticky texture, and when fresh, it has a slight tartness and acidity. It is mainly used in salsas, sauces, stews, and various traditional Mexican dishes, playing a crucial role in green sauces (salsa verde).

Big Mac Taco

To enhance its flavor, it's topped with an array of fresh vegetables, including Pico de Gallo, salsa, tomatoes, and crisp lettuce. Recently, this unique creation has captured attention and gone viral on social media, sparking excitement among food lovers.
With its crispy tortillas providing a great texture and ease of eating, the Big Mac Taco has become popular among many. It beautifully combines the allure of Mexican food with the convenience of fast food, making it a truly delightful two-in-one experience.
