Next time, store your surplus avocados in the freezer and prepare this tasty avocado salsa. Trust me! It’s so GOOD! 🥑

When I'm in the mood for snacks, I pair my vegetables with this sauce. It motivates you to consume more veggies!


In Texas, tacos are a beloved dish, and numerous well-known taco places near downtown frequently use this avocado salsa.

Frozen Avocado Salsa and Big Mac Taco 🌮🥑


I've kept the sauce recipe pretty simple, but feel free to add garlic and onion for extra flavor.


🛒 Ingredients


- 1 frozen avocado

- Half a jalapeño or green chili

- Cilantro (to taste)

- 1 tablespoon sour cream or Greek yogurt

- Lime juice or lemon juice (generous amount)

- Salt and pepper

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Gradually add olive oil to adjust the consistency to your liking.

  3. If you think there's too much oil, you can dilute it with water instead.

If you can purchase tomatillos from local, consider incorporating them for a richer taste!

🛒 Big Mac Taco Meat Seasoning


- Salt

- Pepper

- Garlic powder

- Cumin powder

- Paprika powder


Sprinkle the seasonings listed above over the pressed ground beef as it cooks.


Fold the tortilla in half like a taco, and serve with vegetables like tomatoes, onions, and cilantro, topped with avocado salsa.
