Costco Bulk Chicken Wings Meal Prep with
Korean Spicy Gochujang SaucešŸ”

This method allows you to create endless variations of chicken wings from a single prep session! Season the chicken wings with just salt and pepper for a basic marinade, freeze them, and then mix them with different sauces when you’re ready to cook!

You just need to simply change the sauce!

šŸ“Œ Basic Chicken Prep

Season the chicken wings with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and oil. Be generous with the oil—it ensures the wings cook well in the air fryer.

While it uses much less oil than deep frying, it still results in crispy and flavorful wings that are healthier! Once marinated, divide the wings into portions and freeze them for quick and easy meals later.

šŸ— FYI: The chicken stock in the sauce is optional—it works great even without it!

The sauce reminds me of an upgraded version of the Sweet and Sour sauce from Chinese restaurants. šŸ˜‹

If you have kids who are always hungry, this method is a must-try!

šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³ Recipe

1. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.

2. Mix the wings with oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic until evenly coated.

3. Divide the marinated chicken wings into portions and store them in zip-top bags. Remove as much air as possible, flatten the bags, and freeze them for convenience.

4. When ready to eat, cook the frozen wings in an air fryer at 350°F for 20 minutes. Flip them and cook for another 20 minutes.

šŸ“ŒĀ To make the cooking process simpler and faster, I suggest it be taken out of the freezer the day before and stored in the refrigerator. This is a very important tip that makes cooking easier because it is a method of natural thawing.

5. Mix all the spicy gochujang sauce ingredients in a bowl, and serve it as a dipping sauce or toss the cooked wings in it for extra flavor.
